Whichever town you decide to start your adventure in, be it Limsa Lominsa, Gridania, or even Ul’dah, the first chunk of the game will be wonderful cut scenes introducing the exciting and epic story of Final Fantasy XIV with few elements of battle. This is not really a bad opening for the game, but with your first play session this might not be the ideal setting for you to fully learn how to battle within Eorzea. Thankfully, I am here to teach you the basics.
